RETREAT CANCELLATIONS

 

Please read and understand these terms and conditions and cancellation policy before making a ​reservation. Upon booking your Embody Your Power Retreat you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

 

DEFINITIONS

 

“Cancellation” is defined as not attending your scheduled Embody Your Power Retreat, including postponing or ​rescheduling.

Cancellation includes being unable to attend the retreat due to travel restrictions or an act of god.

 

“You” refers to the guest booking Embody Your Power Retreat.

“We” refers to Embody Your Power Retreat.

Retreat refers to “Embody your Power Retreat”

 

TRAVEL AND CANCELLATION INSURANCE

 

To join the retreat you must have valid travel (health) insurance. Please be sure that your insurance ​policy covers you for all relevant activities you will be engaging in on your retreat & full trip ​cancellation (including pre-departure).

 

Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all ​cancellation fees. With some agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your ​reservation.

 

As unexpected things can happen, we recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance once ​you have booked your Satori Retreat.

 

RETREAT REQUIREMENTS

 

You must have active and valid travel insurance.

 

You must meet Bali's entry requirements at the time of travel.

 

You must have a valid passport with at least 6 months expiry left and be fit mentally and physically ​to travel abroad.

 

You must be 18+ years of age.

 

GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Please read the specifics of our cancellation policy.

 

Retreat tickets are non-refundable. However, they are fully transferrable. Name changes ​on bookings are welcome, once approved by Coloma.

 

As a solo organizer who has to pay thousands of dollars upfront to execute a ​retreat, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. Thank you for understanding.

 

We do not offer credit or refunds for a guest arriving late or leaving early for any reason.

 

You understand upon booking that the retreat hosts may change due to sickness or other personal ​issues. In the unlikely event this was to happen, no refunds or returns are possible.

 

EMBODY YOUR POWER RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY.

 

We never want to cancel a retreat. However, sometimes acts of God do happen. If Embody Your Power Retreat ​needs to cancel this retreat for any reason, your full retreat payment will be transferred to the next ​possible retreat. No refunds or resales are possible and a full credit of what you have paid will be ​applied for any upcoming Embody Your Power Retreat.
