You'll change your relationship with your internal experience, creating harmony and balance within.
You'll learn tools to reduce stress and to nurture your energy, allowing yourself to be truly in tune with your body and cultivate self confidence, trust, fulfillment, and a deep sense of peace.
YOGA & MEDITATION
Each yoga and meditation practice will open up space for deeper connection to self; supporting mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
MINDFULNESS PRACTICES
We'll be engaging in intentional exercises to release tension and trauma stored in the body, calm the nervous system, and get our body's vital energy flowing.
THE EXPERIENCE

The program is a balance of time for deep rest, relaxation, and reflection complemented by optional classes in contemplative practice (yoga, meditation, conscious movement), nature immersion, ecstatic dance, inward reflection periods, and optional individual counseling. Nutritious and delicious organic meals accompany the experience.
