We'll be engaging in intentional exercises to release tension and trauma stored in the body, calm the nervous system, and get our body's vital energy flowing.

THE EXPERIENCE

The program is a balance of time for deep rest, relaxation, and reflection complemented by optional classes in contemplative practice (yoga, meditation, conscious movement), nature immersion, ecstatic dance, inward reflection periods, and optional individual counseling. Nutritious and delicious organic meals accompany the experience.

Coloma Muro is a Mindfulness-Based Therapist and Empowerment Coach with a relentless commitment to guiding individuals towards living beyond self-imposed limitations and conditioning. She believes in a world where we are in harmony with one another and with the Earth. Whether she is coaching, hosting retreats or creating content, she contributes to her mission by educating and supporting communities in transcending subconscious blocks so we all can unleash our true potential and thrive as a collective.

Kristine Calderon started her yoga journey and found her love for yoga in 2014 through her own at home practice. She then completed yoga sculpt and 200 hr teacher training through CorePower in 2016 and has been teaching since 2017. In her vinyasa classes she focuses on connecting breath & movement and the push & pull of strength & flexibility in hopes that her students can find a deeper mind & body connection and awareness.
